Fitness Training

One on One Training

One on one sessions are 55 minutes in length and are just you and your trainer. They are sold in single sessions or packages. One on one training is the best way to get the most effective workout when at the gym.

When you purchase a package of sessions a program will be designed specific to your goal, when buying just one session at a time you are basically getting 55 minutes with a trainer to cover whatever it is that you wanted to work on for that session.

Group Training

Group training is similar to one on one training sessions only that group training consists of a trainer and more than one client, it could be 2 or 10. The advantage to these sessions is that you will save some money on the session cost, the more clients at a time the lower the cost per session per individual. However, these sessions are only for clients with the same goal and experience or fitness level. If each person is not at the same level or working on the same goal all involved will not receive the results that they would when training one on one.

Sport Specific Training

Sport Specific training is exactly that, a workout routine put together based on the sport you are looking to improve your performance in and your goals in relation to that sport. The training sessions are also 55 minutes in length and are one on one with a trainer. As each sport may be different, different training methods may be used, as the may be the difference with each position in the same sport. With our sport specific training we improve agility, power, strength, balance, reflexes and endurance.
